Hands down, some of the best food I've had in months. There's a quintessential flavor from traditional Uyghur cuisine that is rarely explored in American culinary circles. Everybody is a food critic of the web, but not all the food is worthy of criticism. Dolan's food is exemplary.

Really good food, especially samsa and noodle dishes. The place is clean and bright. The portion isn't very big, we ordered 5 dishes for 3 people. We wanted to get the Polo rice dish but it was sold out. Apparently they only make 15 Polo rice everyday according to the waiter. We'll definitely return to try other things and show up early to try the rice.

We got the boneless big plate chicken, fried noodles, dumplings and lamb kabob skewers. The big plate plate chicken was definitely big, and meant to be a shared plate! It very flavourful and spicy, we absolutely loves it but might be too spicy for children or those who are not used spicy food. The fried noodles and lamb skewers were delicious! I believe the noodles are handmade so definitely a unique texture! The dumplings were very unique as well, strong cumin flavour, unlike any other East asian dumplings. Overall, can't wait to go back!

Questions & Answers

I doubt there are any truly gluten free options since everything I had had either soy sauce or wheat ingredient. They are halal though.
